This post (and site) has gone up a little later than planned. I got caught up in a short-lived revolution in Central Asia. Alas, welcome to my homelab!
This site is hosted on a Raspberry Pi 4, part of a cluster i’m playing around with. Not because I have to, but in the words of Jeff Geerling; why not.
The connectivity going to this cluster is designed to be variable, as I experiment with different things, from home-internet, to 4g/5g, to starlink and much more.
I plan on powering it via mains electricity, solar, water, wind or whatever is fun at the time.
I don’t endeavour to post regularly or for the sake of posting on here, but i’d like to use it to document 2022’s technical shenanigans, given that I didn’t document anything since maybe 2004. Nothing will be pretty, well formatted, or editorialised, just raw, brain dumps, written in whatever text editor is handy at the time.
